FALL 2024 TOUCHDOWN FOR TOTS




FALL SEASON REGISTRATION OPEN MAY 1ST UNTIL AUGUST 25TH

Touchdown for Tots Program

  • Only 1 hour on Sunday mornings for 6-weeks. (There are NO games following)
  • Designed for beginners, ages 4 - 5, to learn basic football fundamentals.
  • Each week consist of warm-ups, small drills, and fun mini-games.
  • Athletes learn important all aspects of football including positions, handoffs, catching, and more.
  • Practicing new trait each week to ensure kids stay engaged.

Good Sportsmanship Traits 
Each week, there will be a new character trait to focus on during the practice, including relevant games and drills. Each character trait is a small piece of learning sportsmanship and we hope this program starts to create good sports at a young age.

  • Teamwork - Players learn how to work alongside others and the importance of teamwork.
  • Encouragement - Players learn how to encourage and cheer on their teammates during practices and games.
  • Fairness - Players learn the importance of following the rules and letting everyone participate.
  • Helpfulness - Players learn how they can be helpful towards their coaches, teammates and opponents.
  • Respect - Players learn the importance of showing respect toward the coach, teammates, and officials.

Registration will be from May 1st, 2024 - August 25th, 2024. Late Registration will continue after and be dependent on open spaces left on teams with an additional late fee. Buddy and coach requests are usually not able to be met with late additions or waitlist players.

2024 Fall Touchdown for Tots

PLAY LIKE A PRO WITH TYREEK HILL FLAG FOOTBALL THIS FALL 2024!

Touchdown for Tots is an excellent program before making the jump into our recreational league. There are no tryouts or games plus everyone participates! 

We recommend all first-year Pre-K and Kindergarten players choose this option instead of the regular league since this is a great introduction to Flag Football WITHOUT a game each week after their session. 
* The program consists of a 6-week season with a 1-hour session each week. There are NO games following the 1-hour session each week for the Touchdown for Tots.
* Each session will focus on different skills and drills to teach the participants the fundamentals of football, and in the later weeks work into some scrimmages against the other Tots' teams in the league. 
* The program will be instructed by volunteer coaches.
* Participants will receive a Touchdown for Tots t-shirt, a flag belt/flags, and an end-of-season award that is included in the registration cost.

COST: $80*
*A 2 Payment plan is available until 8/25/24. An initial payment of $60 of the Division Price plus all additional merchandise is due at registration. The remainder will be automatically charged to the card on file on 9/8/2024 with a $10 installment fee added to 2nd payment.

Grades: Pre-Kindergarten - Kindergarten
Ages: 4 - 5

Practices will take place on Sundays tentatively between 9:00 am - 11:00 am (subject to change depending on field availability and league size/location). Exact schedules for teams with times will be posted 2 weeks before the season start date. No outside practices are allowed.

Our program relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! Each team will have up to 3 volunteers assigned. We encourage all parents interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. A new application must be completed each season as a volunteer. Positions available are Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Manager. We will provide several resources along with a comprehensive coaches' meeting via Zoom before the season's start date to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season!

The MOJO App will show your roster and schedule. There is also a team chat function to stay in contact with coaches and other players on the team. Once rosters are confirmed, you will get a notification that the team pages are ready.

Registration will be from May 1st, 2024 - August 25th, 2024***. Late registration will continue after the initial deadline and will be dependent on open spaces left on teams with possible additional fees. We will close registration for each grade division once all teams are full. Players can be placed on a Waitlist for any openings before the season starts that may come available on a roster. Buddy and coach requests cannot be guaranteed with late additions or waitlist players. All players must be fully registered a week before the season starts. Any player on the waitlist at that time will be sent a cancelation notice for this season. Players can not be added once the season has begun.

*The Touchdown for Tots programs generally aim to run the 1st hour in most locations. These are subject to change based on enrollment numbers in each league. The Tots program will NOT PLAY any games but will have scrimmages during the 6 weeks.
**T-shirt, flags/flag belt, and any optional merchandise purchased during registration will be shipped directly to your home. A $12.99 shipping fee will be added to all participant's registrations.
***Registrations will be accepted after the initial deadline based on the availability of teams and will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.
