We are excited to have you join us this fall and we appreciate your support.
Communication is key to ensuring the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with the information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to ensure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. Fall registration opens May 1st, 2024, and closes August 25th, 2024. After the registration deadline, late registration is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full, we will build a waitlist and fill openings from the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $10.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy and Coach requests are less likely to be met during late registration.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE FALL 2024 SEASON:
MAY 1ST, 2024: Fall registration begins.
AUGUST 25TH, 2024: Initial registration closes. Today is the last day for a guaranteed spot on a team.
AUGUST 26TH, 2024: Late registration opens based on availability per age division. Spots will be limited. Coach and buddy requests are less likely to be met. A $10 late fee will apply to each player's registration.
AUGUST 26TH UNTIL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF SEASON: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.
1 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF SEASON: All final rosters and schedules will be posted. All late registration openings will be fully closed and any waitlist players will be canceled as we will no longer accept any more player registrations at this time.
WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 22ND, 2024: The player's jersey, flags/flag belt, and optional merchandise purchased during registration will be arriving at the shipping address provided with registration.
SEPTEMBER 24TH @ 7:00 PM EST - MANDATORY VOLUNTEER TRAINING: Virtual meeting for all volunteer coaches and team managers for all Florida league locations. Volunteers will receive a Coach's shirt and a game ball once their background check clears and they have been assigned to a team after our initial registration closes. A separate email will be sent out to RSVP for the meeting with the Zoom link.
SEPTEMBER 29TH, 2024: Meet & Greet - Times and locations are posted 1 week prior to the start of the season under SCHEDULES. Teams will meet the coaches for 30 minutes and then participate in their first 1-hour practice. Bring your mouthguard, jersey, and flag belt/flags!
OCTOBER 6TH, 2024: 1st week of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to the game time listed on the schedule each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES.
NOVEMBER 10TH, 2024: The last week of the season will be our Madden Playoffs. All teams will have at least one game scheduled today. Exact schedules for this date will be posted after the STANDINGS are finalized on Tuesday, November 5th. Madden teams may play an additional game for the championship game after the playoffs. Please note that Lombardi and Shula games may be adjusted to accommodate the playoffs schedule.
NOVEMBER 17TH, 2024*: League make-up date in case of inclement weather or facility issues during the season. Need to be determined by Tyreek Hill Flag Football Management.

*Dates are tentative and may change or be removed from the schedule based on the # of players registered for fall. Players are able to visit another league location for photos if unable to attend the date listed for the league they are participating in. Please let the photographer know if visiting from another league location.
EQUIPMENT:
NFL FLAG Jersey, Flag Belt/Flags, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flag belt, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be shipped directly to your home. A $12.99 shipping fee will be applied during registration. Your player MUST have a mouthguard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase one ONLINE for pick up on-site at the Game Day Tent for $5.
Shorts and/or pants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit a player's hand or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
Players can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.
MERCHANDISE CONCERNS:
If you are missing anything, received the wrong size, or have any questions in regard to your merchandise, please fill out a MERCHANDISE INQUIRY FORM.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL MY PLAYER(S) RECEIVE THEIR EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will send the rosters to our inventory department which will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belt, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouthguard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT WILL MY PLAYER NEED THIS SEASON?

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting prior to the season on Tuesday, September 24th. You should hear from your coach the week before Meet & Greet.
WILL THERE BE ANY PRACTICES DURING THE WEEK?
We are a recreational organization on a mission to make our favorite sport accessible, inclusive, and fun for every child who wants to play. Part of this mission is only requiring a 2-hour commitment from families each week allowing them time to participate in additional activities. Therefore, hosting additional practices prior to the start of the season or during the season aside from the team's scheduled time on the designated day.
WE ALREADY REGISTERED BUT DID NOT ADD JERSEY LETTERING. CAN IT STILL BE ADDED?
Jersey lettering is available until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, we no longer offer the option for jersey lettering to ensure delivery before the season begins. If interested in adding jersey lettering, please visit https://jerseyletteringguy.com/ and select your Season, State, and League, then enter your email address used for registration to find your player.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AFTER WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION BUT THE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING. CAN WE STILL PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once the registration has been completed, the optional merchandise can not be added to the initial order, however, families are welcome to shop our NFL Flag Fan Shop any time to rep their team or grab some official NFL Flag gear!
ARE THERE PLAYOFFS?
Yes, for our Madden divisions only (4th grade - 8th grade). The top 4 teams in each Madden division will participate in playoffs on the last week of the season. The top 2 teams in each Madden division will then play an additional game following for a Championship game. All other divisions (PreK - 3rd Grade) will not have playoffs but still have a game scheduled for the last week of the season.
